I am a Certified Newborn Sleep Specialist, Infant Sleep Consultant, Lactation Specialist, Newborn Care Specialist, and Postpartum Doula in St. Petersburg, Florida. What that means is that I am an expert at supporting you during one of the most exciting (and sometimes challenging) times of your life. I believe that every family deserves exceptional care as they transition through the postpartum period, and my mission is to provide that through education, resources, and hands-on support — helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered as you navigate life with your new baby.

My approach is rooted in attachment-based care and evidence-based practices, tailored to each family’s unique needs and values. I work alongside you to build routines that fit your household, create an optimal environment for your baby to thrive, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
