Night Doula Services Include:
Nighttime Newborn Care
I focus on nurturing your newborn while adhering to the highest safety and care standards. This includes:
Feeding, diapering, and comforting your baby so you can rest undisturbed.
Establishing a nighttime routine that works for your family and creating an optimal sleep environment.
Whether I gently wake you up to nurse for night feeds, or I feed them with a bottle, your baby will be nourished and loved throughout the night.
Following AAP recommendations to ensure your baby's safety, including maintaining a safe sleep space at all times.
New Parent Support
Handling baby-related chores such as: washing bottles and pump parts, breastmilk/formula prep, organization of the nursery, restocking and refreshing changing stations, and starting baby laundry as needed.
Comprehensive notes on your baby’s feeds, diapers, and sleep, so when you awaken the next morning you are fully caught up.
Providing gentle guidance on newborn care such as: routines and schedules, safe sleep, feeding, swaddling, soothing, nursery set-up, and car seat safety.
Safe space for emotional support and reassurance.

Choose from:
3-7 nights per week
8-12-hour shifts between the hours of 7pm-7am
2-20+ weeks of support
Shift examples:
8-hour shift: 10pm - 6am
9-hour shifts: 9pm - 6am or 10pm - 7am
10-hour shifts: 8pm - 6am or 9pm - 7am
12-hour shift: 7pm - 7am
Please be advised that overnight care requires a 8-hour minimum shift (10pm - 6am).

Following our consultation, we’ll finalize the mutually agreed-upon dates and hours for care. A formal contract will then be sent.Sign contract & submit retainer
To secure your dates, a retainer is required at the time of signing. Retainer amounts vary based on the length of the contract and are applied to the final weeks of service.Booking confirmed
Once the retainer is received and the contract is signed, your booking will be confirmed and your dates officially added to the schedule.
