Hi and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Emily, a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and Sleep Consultant based in St. Petersburg, proudly serving the Tampa Bay area. With over 8 years of hands-on experience, I’ve supported more than 100 newborns and their families, and I’m passionate about helping you thrive during the early stages of parenthood.

My career began as a nanny, which evolved into a deep commitment to providing expert care and support as a newborn care specialist and postpartum doula. I have extensive experience working with multiples (twins, triplets, and quads), premies, and high-needs infants that require specialized care.

I have also had the privilege of working with intended parents, families welcoming their baby through adoption, high-profile families with fully staffed homes, on newborn care teams, extensive travel with families, and providing 24/7 live-in care. This flexibility has honed my ability to adapt to different family dynamics and needs, ensuring seamless support no matter your situation.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, empathy, and a deep appreciation for the individuality of each family. I believe that every family is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to parenting. Instead, I work closely with you to understand your goals, values, and preferences, creating personalized care that aligns with your family’s needs.
